NPFDA and IPPE – 2 Great Food Conventions; 1 Location
The National Poultry & Food Distributors Association (NPFDA) has been bringing together food distributors, food processors, and related industries for over 50 years. They were founded in 1967 and are constantly growing and improving to meet member needs.
One of the exciting benefits of membership is the NPFDA Convention, which will be held this year at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, Georgia from February 11th through February 14th in conjunction with IPPE (International Production & Processing Expo).
The NPFDA registration desk will be staffed from noon to 5pm on Monday February 11th. Be sure to take advantage of Monday arrival so you can visit the NPFDA Showcase which will be held in the Centennial Ballroom from 11am to 3pm. The Showcase is where you will be able to browse all the exhibitor booths, network with industry experts, and enjoy free hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Poultry suppliers and marketers will showcase their latest products and services; all buyers are encouraged to take advantage of this excellent opportunity.
Don’t miss the NPFDA President’s Early Bird Reception, scheduled in the Hyatt Regency V Ballroom. This reception is held in honor of all new members who joined in 2018 and 2019, exhibitors, sponsors, and volunteers.
On Wednesday, February 13th, you can attend the annual NPFDA Awards Reception and Scholarship Foundation Silent Auction. This is a great meet and greet opportunity as it is the NPFDA’s largest event. Make new acquaintances in the food industry and rekindle old ones.
Wrapping up the event on the 14th, is a silent auction, member meetings, networking, and member receptions.
