This position, Disbursement and AP Assistant, reviews all daily cash disbursements for accuracy, completeness and filling of all documents in database. Review of Check disbursements and wire initiation in bank website. To accomplish this objective, it will require validation of accounts payable functions such as verification of invoices, PO verification, voucher preparation, and various reports for management.

  • High volume cash disbursement review and payment initiation
  • Ensure the established financial controls are adhered to in the performance of specific procedures
  • Assist AP teams with document scanning and filing
  • Other job related tasks as assigned by supervisor
