The Staff Accountant supports the Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department. Under the supervision of a licensed CPA, perform monthly accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or in Business with an emphasis in Accounting
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy, organization and interpersonal skills
- Preferred language abilities: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
