The Strategic Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing VIP customer service to large and strategic external customers, managing the coordination of all activities and functions related to the account and overseeing communications to the customer. Additionally they coordinate with internal team members to ensure best class customer service is provided on behalf of Interra’s Proteins Division. This role serves as primary contact for managing and responding to client inquires and requests, resolving outstanding issues, and communicating significant changes to preexisting contracts.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Single point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Coordinates all activities related to the service of assigned accounts.
  • Gathers and validates information to be presented to customer via reports, meetings and other methods.
  • Tracks delivery of goods through order systems, logistics interaction and external vendor portals.
  • Partners with sales, purchasing and logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Partners with documentation and compliance team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documentation.
  • Trouble shoots operational issues, recommends solutions and communicates follow-up.
  • Audits various process related to service functions and escalates failures for prompt resolution.
  • Analyzes and documents opportunities for improvement across different functions and reports to management.
  • Assists customer with various miscellaneous requests related to account service satisfaction.
  • Supports customer and coordinates with internal Claims team on prompt resolution of claims.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.
