The Year of Interra!

Interra International has been keeping busy with a lot of great events during this past quarter. On October 2, a few energetic Interra team members joined about 20,000 other walkers at PNC Arena to promote a healthy lifestyle and increase awareness about heart disease.

In other events, the smells of Interra cooking have been wafting through the halls of our building, causing all our neighbors to drool with envy. On October 14, our office hosted a chili cook off, with more than eight different submissions, including barbecue chili, white chili and chili with a hint of cinnamon.

The first week of November we celebrated the anniversary of joining the Interra family with a yummy Italian lunch and a champagne toast. Congratulations to all of us on a great first year as one team!

More recently we hosted a Thanksgiving potluck, with amazing homemade dishes from around the country and around the world! Curry, sushi and flan were offered alongside southern mac-and-cheese and buttermilk biscuits, giving employees a smorgasbord of delicious options. All who attended were thankful for our coworkers—and their generosity in sharing their home cooking with others.

On Friday, December 16th Santa Claus journeyed down to our office from the North Pole, gave gifts to the children of Interra and took pictures with them next to the Christmas tree!

With so many exciting events this quarter and in all of 2016, we can’t wait to see what next year brings!
