About the Program
The Interra Commercial Trainee Program is a 12-month, comprehensive program that immerses participants within Interra’s Operations Department to build Compliance, Logistics, Credit, and Claims knowledge.
Progression through the program is dependent upon the participant’s completion of established performance measures. Once the program objectives have been successfully met, the participant is welcomed into the commercial side of the business and progresses to an Associate Sales Manager or Associate Product Sales Manager role.
