Winternship: Path to Professional Growth

On January 2nd and 3rd, Interra HQ transformed into a hub of excitement as we hosted our Winternship recruiting experience for aspiring interns. More than just a routine interview session, this event offered our candidates an immersive journey into the heart of our company, providing them with a deeper understanding of our culture and operations.

During this engaging event, candidates were not only interviewed by hiring managers but were also treated to a diverse range of activities designed to showcase our business. From concise departmental introductions to an enlightening office tour, and from interactive team-building exercises to insightful panel discussions, we left no stone unturned in providing our candidates with a comprehensive view of what we’re all about.

One of the highlights of the day was the Q&A Panel featuring Clay Caldwell, Andres Gallardo, and Lindsey Isaf.

These seasoned professionals generously shared their career trajectories, shed light on their roles within the company, and fielded questions from eager interns, providing invaluable insights and inspiration.

We’re thrilled to announce we selected three of the talented individuals who will be joining us for our upcoming internship program this June contributing to our Accounting, Operations, Risk Management and Human Resources teams.
