Grateful this Holiday, Despite the Grim Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has hit new milestones. More than a quarter of a million Americans have lost their lives. We hear the news of vaccines, but they are still out of reach and the virus continues to rage. Life has not returned to normal and we are headed into winter. How do we plan for the holidays and make the very best of today, without compromising tomorrow?
First, we start with the basics, keeping our gatherings small, focused on those with whom we are the closest, remembering to express our gratitude for all that we have, including our health, our family, and our friends.
Second, when we can, we support our local businesses and show them the support they need as they struggle to stay alive.
Third, give back to your community by donating food, clothing or volunteering your time to help non-profit organizations and those in need.
The holiday may be different this year, it may be challenging, it may be simpler. All of this is OK if we have each other. We thank you for your support and your business and we are grateful for our employees, our partners, and our customers.
Interra International wishes you and your families a healthy, safe, and joyful holiday season.
